i want to know all yours personal opinions about which will give more protection kaspersky internet security 2010 or Avira internet security premium 2010

well i have bunch of anti-spywares program so spyware isn’t a problem for me but Avira or kaspersky is my only choice

i am now using avira free with malware bytes anti-malware free and outpost firewall pro 2009

and another question does kaspersky IS 2010 use less system resources than avira premium internet security 2010?
