Designer Resul Pookutty, who will soon debut as a director in Bollywood, has apparently roped in actor Amitabh Bachchan in his directorial project. Though Resul Pookutty has been involved in only worldwide projects in the past, he had always been keen to get a Bollywood release for his debut movie, and has been working on the venture for pretty some time now.However it has not been confirmed as of yet as to who will be playing Big B’s son in the film.Resul Pookutty is currently busy with work on ‘The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel’, his second international venture, and says that he is very excited about working with director John Madden of the ‘Shakespeare In Love’ fame.

He has always been a fan of the works of John Madden, says the sound designer to the media, and therefore to be a part of his dream director’s unit itself is a dream come true for him.Resul Pookutty will be involved in sound mixing for ‘The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel’. His debut project in Bollywood was always written keeping Amitabh Bachchan in mind, signs off the Oscar winner.

Big B wishes Aishwarya happiness, long life on birthday

She celebrates her third birthday after marriage to actor Abhishek Bachchan and her megastar father-in-law Amitabh Bachchan has wished Aishwarya Rai a “long prosperous life” on her 36th birthday Sunday.

“We have… just brought in Aishwarya’s birthday and wished her love and happiness and a long prosperous life. It was just the family,” Amitabh posted on his blog early Sunday morning.

The former Miss World, whose future projects include “Raavan”, “Action Replay” and “Guzaarish”, has also been named the first goodwill ambassador for Smile Train Sunday for the charity that works worldwide for children born with a cleft lip.

Ash is what she is ruled by – Number 1, the most powerful star in the solar system – the Sun. Without it, there is no existence. She is strong, aggressive and a complete go getter.
