A music video released by National Literacy Mission Authority titled Shiksha Ka Suraj has a glittering star cast from Bollywood. The star cast includes Anil Kapoor, Shah Rukh Khan, Priyanka Chopra, Kareena Kapoor, Shabana Azmi and Farhan Akhtar. The video of the literary anthem was released by E Ahamed, Minister of State for Human Resource.

The star galaxy will appeal to the general public, the importance of the need for furthering education. The lyrics for the literary anthem have been penned by lyricist Javed Akhtar and sung by Sonu Nigam and Alka Yagnik.
