Hrithik too busy to celebrate Holi with his family

0

Holi is a festival of colours and also a colourful time when family members come together to celebrate the occasion. Holi is celebrated with oomph among the masses. And even in Bollywood films, we witness this festival of colors being celebrated lively. Bollywood celebs too throw Holi bashes to make the part of the liveliness of this festival that brings closeness when people play with colors.

Everyone likes to play Holi with their near and dear ones, but superhero Hrithik Roshan has no time for festivity, as he is much busy with the shooting of Krrish 3 in Hyderabad. The actor loves to play Holi with his kids Hrehaan and Hridhaan but this year he will have to do without it. Taking time out of the busy schedules seems much busy for the star, so he will not be able to come down to Mumbai.

In fact, Hrithik is so busy that he couldn’t even be by his wife Suzanne’s side during Valentine’s Day. On Valentine’s Day, Roshan was busy in Hyderabad for the film’s shooting, so she herself went there and celebrated the romantic occasion with him. Hrithik was scheduled to come to Mumbai to attend the grand finale of his best pal Rohit Bal’s Lakme Fashion Week but things could not manage.

Hrithik feels much responsibility on his shoulders since he is a superstar now and his movies are largely awaited by the masses who expect super high from him. This is the reason that Hrithik has now much involved in his works to make them extra bright. In all this process, he has forgotten the joys of life.

Mani Ratnam’s ‘Raavanan’ part of Austrian Film Museum

0
Indian filmmaker Mani Ratnam's 'Raavanan' is now part of the permanent collection at the Austrian Film Museum, which has so far only 15 Indian films in its list.
Alexander Horwath, director of the museum, was trying to get a copy of 'Raavanan' ever since he saw it at the Venice Film Festival where Ratnam received the Glory to the Filmmaker Award in 2010.
"It was a glorious evening and 'Raavanan' was screened after the award ceremony," Horwath told IANS.

Starring Aishwarya Rai, Abhishek Bachchan and southern star Vikram, the bilingual was released in 2010 -- the Hindi version was titled 'Raavan' and Tamil one was called 'Raavanan'.
'Raavanan' is one of the 25,500 films already in the collection of the museum that is also home to a library with more than 20,000 books and over 200 magazine titles covering a broad range of film related topics. Horwath, however, regrets out of the thousands of films in his collection only about 15 are from India, including three works of Satyajit Ray and 'Veer Zaara'.
But he was so enchanted with the film that he saw the Hindi version and remains overawed at Ratnam's scope of engagement with both the literary and mythological aspects of his culture.
