John Abraham injured badly while shooting

Accidents seem to have become a way of life for John Abraham. Macho man John Abraham, who has faced a lot of cuts and bruises for the movie Force, has yet again undergone the same pain, but this time it has turned out to be a serious one.

John Abraham hurt himself badly while shooting a prison fight sequence with co-actor Chetan Hansraj for Shootout At Wadala recently. The actor who has been shooting for an action-thriller went so overboard during a fight sequence that he tore a ligament and now suffers from a hairline fracture on his foot.

We hear that while shooting the fight scene, John Abraham was required to somersault over Hansraj’s shoulder. It’s while doing this stunt that the actor pulled his hamstring.

Normally, a pulled hamstring warrants complete rest for a few days, but an adamant John continued to shoot the day after and only aggravated the injury, which resulted in a hairline fracture on the foot.

So now, John Abraham has been advised complete bed rest of a week. But when he returns he will be shooting riskier stunts like climbing on top of a moving bus.

When the film just went on the floors a few weeks back, John hurt his nose when a junior artiste punched him by mistake, leaving the actor in extreme pain.

Earlier we reported to our readers that Bollywood hunk John Abraham who is turning producer with the film ‘Vicky Donor‘ which deals with the subject of sperm donating is turning an item boy. Now the latest buzz is that John has taken his love for dancing a step further in his next film, Goldie and Shrishti Behl’s ‘I, Me Aur Main’.

This time it will be a duet version featuring John Abraham and Prachi Desai for the film ‘I Me Aur Main.’ Sridevi’s most famous song ‘Na jane kahan se aye hai’ will come to life again in a different style. This item number will feature John Abraham and Prachi Desai.

The idea was initially suggested by Bhushan Kumar, head honcho of T- Series. As he says, “I have been thinking about the extremely popular ‘Chaalbaaz’ song for a very long time and wanted to use it in one of my films."

Bhushan Kumar from T-Series said that the song ‘Na jaane kahan se aye hai’ was an item song from Mr. India and at that time the song was picturized on Sridevi. The song will be re-recorded and for that singer Sunidhi Chauhan is being tried to convince.

Film I Me Aur Main also includes Chtrangada Singh and Zarina Wahab. The film produced by Shrishti Behl Arya and Goldie Behl. The music rights of the film are with T-Series and it was Bhushan Kumar’s idea to revive the song.

Film Industry is the place where relationships between people change more frequently. Best buddies can turn into in rivals and enemies who once were not ready to stand in front each other could become best friends.

Deepika Padukone’s exit from ‘Race 2’ had become a talking point for those who were directly involved in the film and those who were not. Owing to constant shifting of dates, the leggy lass had decided to opt out of the film, after briefly shooting for six days. This didn’t go too well with the makers of the film and producer Ramesh Taurani filed a complaint with CINTAA (Cine and TV Artists Association) against her, calling her behaviour as "unethical, unprofessional and unacceptable".

Ramesh, nevertheless managed to get the beauty back on board, but Dips seems to have miffed a lot of her co-actors including Saif. There were also rumours that co-actors John Abraham and Saif Ali Khan had given her a cold shoulder at Rohit Dhawan’s wedding in Goa.

However, in the capital recently Saif let bygones be bygones and hugged Deepika and made up while shooting for Homi Adajania’s ‘****tail’. According to sources the two were spotted having a whale of a time and enjoying each other’s company.

Well, seems like it ain’t too easy to hold on to little tiffs in B-Town.

Aamir says he is not mentally prepared for ‘Dhoom 3′

After John Abhram and Hrithik Roshan, it is Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan's turn to play the baddie in Yash Raj's superhit franchise Dhoom. It is Aamir's second film with the banner after Fanaa, where he played a terrorist.

Dhoom 3, the third instalment of hit film Dhoom series, has been creating buzz ever since makers of the movie announced the project. But actor Aamir Khan, who is playing a baddie in it, says he is yet to start preparation for the movie. Mr Perfectionist feels that he is not mentally prepared for the film.

Talking to PTI, Aamir Khan says, "I have started preparations for Dhoom 3. For my role I have began working on the physical side." The Bollywood actor is currently busy with the shooting for his debut Television reality show. The actor adds, "But I am not mentally yet prepared."

Dhoom series centres around bike chases, handsome thieves and daring theft plans. The first Dhoom, in which John Abraham played the anti-hero had some thrilling motorcycle chases. In Dhoom 2 Hrithik Roshan paraglided on to a train chugging throu-gh the deserts of Namibia and after that it was a thrill-a-minute.

The first two installments have created lot of curiosity about the third part, which is directed by Victor Acharya and produced by Aditya Chopra. Dhoom 3 is likely to up adrenalin levels with an action-filled title track, filmed on Aamir. Katrina is playing female lead opposite Aamir in this film. Abhishek Bachchan and Uday Chopra would reprise their roles of Jai and Uday, respectively. It is set to hit cinema houses in 2013.

Shazahn Padamsee entered in Bollywood with Rocket Singh: Salesman of the Year opposite Ranbir Kapoor , and then her second movie was Madhur Bhandarkar’s Dil Toh Bachcha Hai Ji, which was a multi-starrer film. She is right now waiting for the release of her forthcoming comedy riot film "Housefull 2".

Shazahn Padamsee, who will soon be seen in the multi-starrer “Housefull 2″, says she never feared being overshadowed by the presence of other big names in the forthcoming comedy. Shazahn will share screen with Asin, Jacqueline Fernandez and Zarine Khan, who are also part of the cast.

“That thought never crossed my mind. I never felt like I would be overshadowed because it’s such a big opportunity for me – working with Sajid Khan and Sajid Nadiadwala. Since I watched ‘Heyy Babyy’, I had dreamt of working with the Nadiadwala and today I am here,” the 24-year-old said in an interview.

“For me, it’s a dream come true. Just to be part of such an amazing, huge film on such a big scale, I am not even thinking about being overshadowed at all. For me, being on this poster is more than enough,” she added.

Daughter of veteran theatre personality and ad man Alyque Padamsee and singer Sharon Prabhakar, Shazahn has complete faith in the film and says it is even better than the original.

“I think ‘Housefull 2′ is way crazier. Look at the amount of stars you have in this film. If you liked ‘Housefull 1′, I think you can 100 times (multiply) for ‘Housefull 2′. It’s madder, it’s crazier and I think the humour has been taken to another level. I think Sajid (Khan) has completely outdone himself in ‘Housefull 2′,” Shazahn said.

She plays Boman Irani’s daughter, a Gujarati girl, and has been paired with Shreyas Talpade. The beauty is ready to surprise audience by showing her oomph factor for Sajid Khan's Housefull 2. Jacqueline Fernandez, Asin Thottumkal and Zarine Khan are the other female leads, while Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh and John Abraham form the film’s “dirty dozen” cast.

Shazahn Padamsee exclaims to be very happy to have got the chance of working in Housefull as it will help her to expand her canvas. At present, she would like to do just commercial, mainstream cinema.

John Abraham sentenced to 15 days jail

Bollywood hunk John Abraham was sentenced to 15 days jail for rash driving. Way back in 2006, he has injured two pedestrians while riding his motorbike in Khar Danda area, Mumbai.

John Abraham, who is busy promoting his first home production ‘Vicky Donor’ has been sentenced to 15 days jail for rash driving. The hunk has applied for bail but the Mumbai Sessions Court has today rejected his bail plea against the verdict of the Bandra Metropolitan Magistrate Court.

The Bandra Metropolitan Magistrate Court had sentenced 15 days imprisonment on the charges of rash and negligent driving in October 2010. The actor had filed a plea against the judgment.

Today the Mumbai High Court heard the trial of his bail case and John’s bail plea was rejected. The court upheld the decision given by the Bandra Metropolitan Magistrate Court in 2010. Now, let’s see whether John Abraham would appeal against Mumbai Sessions Court and move to high court for justice.

John Abraham goes to jail for 15 days?

Bollywood actor John Abraham was taken into custody after a Mumbai court gave verdict that he should spend 15 days in jail for rash and negligent driving, a sentence given to him by a lower court in 2010.

However, his bail hearing is slated at around 3 pm today. In case the plea is rejected, the actor will be arrested.

Way back in 2006, John’s negligent driving injured two pedestrians while riding his motorcycle in Bandra area of Mumbai. Though the actor took care of the hospital bills of the injured, he was sentenced to a 15-day imprisonment.
